Educational Outreach for Native Americans

Thank you for your interest in the SEC’s financial educational outreach to Native Americans.

The SEC’s outreach efforts initially arose because of investment frauds being targeted at those who had received payouts in connection with the Cobell Indian Trust Settlement.  Access to resources are also provided here to help make smart investment choices and avoid fraud.

For further information about investment products, please visit our main page at www.investor.gov or www.sec.gov.
